Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

The minimum agreed-upon results as stated in the contract were not delivered within the specified timeframe.

You have fully followed the outreach strategies and recommendations provided by Emperian.

You have provided all required deliverables on your part within the agreed timeframe as outlined in the contract.

You have complied with all terms and conditions outlined in the signed agreement.

A formal refund request is submitted within 7 days after the end of the service period.
Refund Exclusions
Emperian Agency LTD is not responsible for failure to deliver results caused by:

Third-party platforms or services such as Meta (Facebook), Google, email providers, CRM tools, or any external services beyond our control.

Technical issues, account suspensions, or restrictions imposed by any external platform.

Any other factors outside Emperian Agency LTD’s direct control.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [info@emperianagency.com] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name/Company]” including:

A brief explanation of your concern.

Any requested proof of implementation of the provided strategies.

Your original invoice or payment confirmation.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is reviewed and deemed eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Alternative Resolution
If a refund is not applicable or preferred, Emperian may offer to continue working with you at no additional cost until the agreed-upon results are achieved.
By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of Emperian’s policies, including this Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Performance Guarantee.
You also acknowledge that Emperian is not liable for any failure to achieve results caused by external platforms, technical issues, or any factors beyond our direct control.
